Ok, so my plans have changed. This summer rather than me traveling to the people, I am going to let the people come to me :) I have taken an entertainment position on a luxury boat that travels from Prince Rupert. I am looking forward to it and the few months of stability it will provide before throwing myself back out into the rigors of the road. I have been working on some new material and plan on using the time to hone the songs in prep for a third cd next winter. I will be playing for the public again starting on September 15th. I will also be launching a new website at that time. I hope you all have a safe summer... I will drop a note periodically to fill you in on the trials and tribulations of this section of my adventure. Sall

Sall was awarded a grant from the Foundation to Assist Canadian Talent on Recording (F.A.C.T.O.R) that helped pay for her second album, which will be, released early 2006 and create a professional demo. The new album was recorded at the Watershed Studio on Thetis Island and produced by Canadian blues singer songwriter David Essig. Session musicians included Tobin Frank and Vince Ditrich of the successful west coast band Spirit of the West. Sall has played at all of the Northern BC Music Festivals, opened for the Juno award-winning band the Wailing Jennies and has had National coverage of her songs on CBC Radio during features on such programs as Daybreak, North by Northwest and The Roundup. An avid writer Sall has a catalogue of over 60 original songs that can be heard as she tours through BC in 2006 promoting her new CD Simply Undone |
